Crispy seed bread

Our Swedish family gave this to us on a recent trip and we really enjoyed it.

50mls Pumpkin seeds

100mls Sunflower seeds

50ml Flaxseed

50mls Poppy seeds

100mls Sesame seeds

1 1/2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder (grounded phylum seeds, I found that at Bin Inn)

50mls Coconut butter

250mls Boiling water

1/2 tsp Salt (preferably Sea Salt on top of the batter when rolled)

Mix all the dry ingredients apart from salt. Boil the water and pour in coconut fat. Mix with dry ingredients and let stand for about 20 mins. Roll out thinly on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 50 mins at 150degrees. Take it out and cut into pieces, then put the plate back in the oven for 40 minutes in a turned off oven.

A Great snack instead of carbs.
