These are high in omega 3 and are an ideal snack especially at 4 in the afternoon when you feel peckish. One will see you through until dinner time.
1 cup shelled walnuts
1 cup dates cut in half
1 cup raisins (or 2 cups of dried fruit. I used a mixture of dates, cranberries and currants)
2 tablespoons of LSA (linseed, sunflower and almonds …it is ground)
2 good tablespoons of chocolate hazelnut spread (nutella) or you can use almond or hazelnut butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Whizz altogether and roll in coconut and refrigerate.
